Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and NerdTech AI ("NerdTech", "we", "us") when you use nerdtech.ai or purchase our services. By using the site or signing up, you agree to them. They are written in plain English on purpose. Questions are always welcome at gabe@nerdtech.ai.
What we do
NerdTech provides done for you CRM setup and AI automation built on the GoHighLevel platform. Depending on your plan, that includes building and configuring your CRM, pipelines, and workflows, setting up AI chat and voice agents, and providing ongoing tuning and support. We build and run the system so you can work your leads instead of learning software.
Billing and cancellation
Our standard subscription is $297 per month, billed automatically through Stripe. There is no setup fee and no long term contract.
You can cancel anytime. Email gabe@nerdtech.ai or use your billing portal, and your subscription ends at the close of the current billing period. We do not prorate partial months, and payments already made are not refunded unless we say otherwise in writing.
If a payment fails and is not resolved after reasonable notice, we may pause or end the service.
No guarantee of results
We build systems that answer, follow up, and book appointments. We do not and cannot guarantee any specific business outcome, such as a number of leads, appointments, closed deals, or revenue. Results depend on your leads, your market, your offer, and your own follow through. Anything we share about other clients' results is illustrative, not a promise.
Acceptable use and messaging compliance
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. That means no harassment, fraud, spam, or any use that violates the law or the policies of GoHighLevel and the phone carriers.
You are responsible for your own messaging compliance. Messages sent from your account to your leads and contacts are your messages. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws and industry rules, including the TCPA, the CTIA guidelines, and A2P 10DLC carrier requirements.
That includes obtaining proper consent from every person you message, honoring opt out requests promptly, keeping records of consent, and registering your messaging use cases where required. We can help you set these things up, but the legal responsibility for the messages you send stays with you.
If your use of the service creates carrier violations, legal claims, or platform suspensions, that is on your account and you agree to hold NerdTech harmless for it.
Intellectual property and your data
NerdTech retains ownership of the systems, snapshots, workflows, AI prompts, and methods we create and use to deliver the service, including improvements made while working on your account. You get a license to use them within your account for as long as you are a client.
Your data is yours. Your contacts, leads, conversations, and business records belong to you. If you leave, we will give you a reasonable opportunity to export your data.
Third party platforms
The service runs on third party platforms, mainly GoHighLevel for the CRM and Stripe for billing. We do not control those platforms and are not responsible for their outages, changes, or pricing decisions. If a platform change affects your system, we will work with you on the best available fix.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, NerdTech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost deals, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. The service is provided as is, without warranties beyond what these terms state.
Termination
You can end the service anytime as described above. We may suspend or end the service if you break these terms, misuse the platform, or fail to pay, and we will give you reasonable notice when the situation allows it. Sections that by their nature should survive, such as intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law, survive termination.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Missouri.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
