NerdTech AI ("NerdTech", "we", "us") builds and runs AI powered automation and CRM systems for businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through nerdtech.ai and our services, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have any question about it, email gabe@nerdtech.ai.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to give us and a small amount of technical information that comes with using any website.
- Contact and booking forms: your name, email address, phone number, business name, and anything you write in a message or booking request.
- Chat and voice widget: the contents of conversations you have with our website chat or AI voice assistant, along with the contact details you share in them.
- Payments: if you become a client, our payment processor Stripe collects your payment card details. We never see or store your full card number.
- Technical data: standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used only to keep the site running and secure. We do not run invasive advertising trackers.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiries and schedule the calls you book.
- To provide, set up, and support the services you purchase.
- To send you messages you have agreed to receive, including text messages if you opt in.
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
- To improve our website and services.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
SMS and text messaging
If you provide your phone number and opt in to receive text messages from NerdTech AI, the following terms apply.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers of the text message services that make delivery possible.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status by SMS and you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again.

Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing anything from us.
Third party services we use
We use a small set of service providers to run our business. Each receives only the information needed to do its job.
- GoHighLevel, also branded LeadConnector, powers our CRM, booking calendar, and website chat and voice widget. Information you submit through those tools is stored there.
- Stripe processes payments. Their handling of your card details is governed by the Stripe privacy policy.
- Netlify hosts this website and keeps standard server logs.
These providers act as processors supporting our services, such as customer service and message delivery. None of them is permitted to use your information for their own marketing.
Cookies
We keep cookies to a minimum. The site itself does not set advertising cookies. Embedded tools such as the booking calendar and chat widget may set functional cookies they need to work, for example to remember your conversation. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time.
How long we keep your data
We keep contact and client records for as long as we have an active relationship with you, and afterward only as long as reasonably needed for business records, legal obligations, or resolving disputes. When information is no longer needed, we delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email gabe@nerdtech.ai and we will handle your request promptly. You can also opt out of any marketing communication whenever you like.
Children
Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. Meaningful changes will be flagged clearly.
